Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli and onions in boiling salted water until tender about 10 minutes then drain.
  2. Melt butter then blend in flour, salt and pepper then add milk all at once.
  3. Cook and stir until bubbly then blend in cream cheese.
  4. Remove from heat then stir in wine and fold in vegetables.
  5. Turn into casserole dish then bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle almonds on top before serving.
