Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all the above ingredients
  2. Mix thoroughly
  3. Form meatballs approx 2 inches in diameter, and place on ungreased baking sheet
  4. Sprinkle with coarse salt
  5. Bake at 350*F until nicely browned
  6. Add to the chunky sauce OR place on top of finished spaghetti or other pasta dish.
  7. Sprinkle grated old cheddar on top and ENJOY! :+D
  8. Chef's Note:
  9. These meatballs were served with spaghetti and the Chunky Tomato Sauce, along with Caesar salad, with the bacon/cheese appetizers.
