Cream Of Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper , dill , parsley , chives
  • 1 package. (14 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables cooked , or a cup or so of cooked fresh is better

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, flour, butter/marg., salt & seasonings in blender.
  2. Add vegetables.
  3. Cover & Blend 1 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into pan & slowly bring to boil while stirring.
  5. Let boil 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Serve & enjoy..
