Nice lunch w/ sandwich
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c milk
1 tbs flour
2 tbs butter/margarine
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper, dill, parsley, chives
1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables cooked, or a cup or so of cooked fresh is better
Directions:
1. Mix milk, flour, butter/marg., salt & seasonings in blender.
2. Add vegetables.
3. Cover & Blend 1 to 3 minutes until smooth.
4. Pour mixture into pan & slowly bring to boil while stirring.
5. Let boil 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Serve & enjoy..
