Baked Tuna Rolls With Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) canned tuna
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz) can peas

Directions:

  1. Mix drained tuna, mayo, Tabasco, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Trim crust from bread and roll each slice with a rolling pin.
  3. Brush one side of bread with melted butter.
  4. Turn over and spread each slice with tuna mixture.
  5. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
  6. Bake at 400° 15 minutes till brown and crispy.
  7. Sauce: Heat soup and milk; add peas.
