Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes, carrots, onion, zucchini, squash, mushrooms and celery in slow cooker.
  2. Brown beef in butter in a separate pan.
  3. Remove browned beef from butter with a spoon and add to slow cooker.
  4. Stir flour into pan of butter until well blended.
  5. Gradually add water to flour mix. Boil, thicken.
  6. Add salt, parsley, thyme, pepper. Stir well.
  7. Pour mixture over beef.
  8. Cover. Cook on Low for 8-9 hours (or High 4-5 hours).
