Stir Fried Beef With Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Mix the beef with salt and soy sauce.
  2. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. While the beef is marinating, boil the potatoes until soft.
  4. When potatoes are cooked, peel and dice them.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Take the beef out of the fridge and mix.
  7. Heat sesame oil into a pan or a wok.
  8. Lightly brown onions (about 1 minute).
  9. Add Beef and Potatoes.
  10. Mix.
  11. Keep stir frying until the beef is cooked.
