Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  3. In shallow bowl combine bread crumbs and butter; mix well.
  4. In another bowl beat egg.
  5. Dip chicken into egg and then coat evenly with bread crumbs.
  6. Place chicken in pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken in fork-tender and juices run clear. Turn once during half way through cooking.
