Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1-2 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 2 tbsp curry

Directions:

  1. Rub oil on pot.
  2. Add rice, milk, water, coconut, salt and bring to boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
