2 cup(s) jasmine rice |
2 cup(s) coconut milk |
1 3/4 cup(s) water |
2 tablespoon(s) unsweetened coconut |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) oil |
1-2 tablespoon(s) toasted coconut |
2 tablespoon(s) curry |
Directions:
1. Rub oil on pot. 2. Add rice, milk, water, coconut, salt and bring to boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes. |
