Spinach and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet.
  2. Add the mushrooms and garlic.
  3. Cook until just soft.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Top the crust with 1/2 of the cheese.
  6. Add the tomatoes, basil, spinach (squeeze out any excess moisture) and mushrooms.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes (or until lightly browned).
