  1. Sauté first 3 ingredients in butter in a large saucepan until tender.
  2. Cook turnip greens according to package directions; drain well. Add to saucepan. Stir in water chestnuts and remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
