Roasted Garlic and Herb Mash Potatoes.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 400.
  2. Cut the tops off each garlic head and place on tin foil, drizzle oil on top and wrap in foil. Bake for 45 min or until soft. When done cool and take out the garlic and mash it.Set aside.
  3. Boil potatoes in water until done;drain.Add cream cheese,roasted garlic,butter,green onion,half and half,and salt and pepper to taste. Mash until you have no lumps.
  4. Enjoy!
