Directions:

  1. Lightly baste vegetable oil on thin strips of potato, with skins attached. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake until browned. In a bowl, combine chopped green onions, low fat sour cream, taco seasoning, and refried beans. Top potatoes, with refried beans mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese, black olives, tomatoes, and guacamole.
