Omlet Spinach, Feta and Tomatoe

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tomatoe
  • 1/2 oz. spinach

Directions:

  1. Mix one egg and one egg white
  2. Pour in omlet pan
  3. Add 1 oz. feta
  4. Add thinly sliced tomatoe
  5. Add leaves of spinach on one side
  6. Cook on med/low until 1/2 cooked
  7. Turn one side over on the other and lower heat
  8. Cook 1.5 on each half side
