Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp, sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • may add risins if desired

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combined Oats Flour Baking soda and sugar
  2. Combine the Egg buttermilk and butter
  3. Stir in dry ingredients till just moistened
  4. Pour batter by 1/3 cupsful on a greased hot griddle
  5. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook untill second side is golden brown
