Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine pecans and sugar in small bowl and set aside.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, oat bran (rolled oats) and brown sugar and mix well. Add pumpkin and maple syrup and mix until well blended.
  3. Coat cookie sheets with non-stick, fat free spray
  4. Form dough into 1 balls and roll in the pecan sugar mix.
  5. Place cookies approximately 1 1/2 apart on sheets. Use the bottom of a glass to flatten the cookies.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until toasted.
