Kielbasa and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 3 (14 oz) cans beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed

Directions:

  1. Brown kielbasa in soup pot. Add the coleslaw mix cook until tender. Add broth, water, caraway seeds, and just 1 cup of the fried onions. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered 10 minutes. Top with additional french fried onions when serving.
