Kielbasa and Cabbage Soup |

I just love Kielbasa and Cabbage! Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa |
16 ounces coleslaw mix |
3 (14 ounce) cans beef broth |
1 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed |
2 cups french-fried onions |
Directions:
1. Brown kielbasa in soup pot. Add the coleslaw mix cook until tender. Add broth, water, caraway seeds, and just 1 cup of the fried onions. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered 10 minutes. Top with additional french fried onions when serving. |
