Blueberry Oat Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melter butter
  • 1 cup sour milk

Directions:

  1. Combine oats and milk.
  2. Let stand.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Add egg and melted butter.
  5. Add oat mixture.
  6. Stir til moist.
  7. Fold in blueberries.
  8. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
  9. Bake 400F 15-22 mins.
