A delightful receipe given to me by a good friend. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 dash salt |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1/4 cup melter butter |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 cup sour milk |
1 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Combine oats and milk. 2. Let stand. 3. Mix dry ingredients. 4. Add egg and melted butter. 5. Add oat mixture. 6. Stir til moist. 7. Fold in blueberries. 8. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. 9. Bake 400F 15-22 mins. |
