Arugula, Pear & Gorgonzola Salad

Directions:

  1. Combine the olive oil & vinegar and whisk together. Salt to taste.
  2. In a salad bowl, toss the vinaigrette with the arugula, half of the walnuts & pear. Add the Gorgonzola and toss. Arrange on plate, top with remaining walnuts and pear slices.
