Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Spread toast with 2 1/2 Tbsps butter; sprinkle each slice with garlic powder and cut into cubes. Set aside.
  2. 2. Melt remaining butter in a fry pan; add onion, bell pepper, and seasonings, and cook over medium heat until veggies are tender.
  3. 3. Combine veggie mixture, tomatoes, and toast cubes in greased casserole.
  4. 4. Bake in 375F deg oven for 20 minutes.
