Stir Fried Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1/8 tsp celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb asparagus trimmed and cut into 2 inch slices (about 4 cup)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. In large skillet melt butter
  2. Add bouillon celery salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add asparagus and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes over high medium heat.
  5. Stir in soy sauce.
  6. Serve immediately
