quick and easy side dish. I use frozen asparagus when I'm in a rush. Ingredients:
3 tbsp margarine |
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules |
1/8 tsp celery salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1 1/2 pounds asparagus trimmed and cut into 2 inch slices (about 4 c) |
1 tsp soy sauce |
Directions:
1. In large skillet melt butter 2. add bouillon celery salt and pepper. Mix well. 3. Add asparagus and toss to coat. 4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes over high medium heat. 5. Stir in soy sauce. 6. Serve immediately |
