Spicy Not Hot Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz salmon fillets

Directions:

  1. Thaw salmon filet in fridge.
  2. Spray skillet or stir-fry pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Cook salmon on one side for a couple minutes.
  4. Turn over filet and sprinkle generously with curry powder and a few dashes of cinnamon.
  5. Finish cooking other side and plate.
  6. Goes great with salt and peppered baked sweet potatoes or carrots.
