I played around with new spices I had to come up with this easy and fast and super healthy dinner fish. Ingredients: 
                        
                                                | 6 ounces salmon fillets |  | curry powder |  | cinnamon |  | salt |  | pepper |  Directions: 
                        
                            | 1. Thaw salmon filet in fridge. 2. spray skillet or stir-fry pan with non-stick spray.
 3. cook salmon on one side for a couple minutes.
 4. turn over filet and sprinkle generously with curry powder and a few dashes of cinnamon.
 5. finish cooking other side and plate.
 6. Goes great with salt and peppered baked sweet potatoes or carrots.
