Sauteed Spinach with Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 oz onion
  • 6 oz spinach

Directions:

  1. Brown onion until soft and add garlic. Sautee for another minute, then add spinach.
  2. Sautee until desired texture.
  3. Season to taste.
