Ingredients:

  • 5 3/4 cup calcium fortified skim lactaid milk

Directions:

  1. Mix milk and oatmeal in pot
  2. Cook on medium until creamy
  3. Toast almonds and mix in or mix in from the start
  4. Dole out ~1c ech (8 servings)
  5. Sweeten as desired with non-sugar or add sugar but don't forget to add the calories!
