oatmeal with a good amount of almond slices
Ingredients:
3 c dry regular oatmeal
5 3/4 c calcium fortified skim lactaid milk
100 g sliced natural almonds (1c)
Directions:
1. mix milk and oatmeal in pot
2. cook on medium until creamy
3. Toast almonds and mix in or mix in from the start
4. Dole out ~1c ech (8 servings)
5. Sweeten as desired with non-sugar or add sugar but don't forget to add the calories!
