Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pot.
  2. Add onions and saute till golden brown.
  3. Put the minced mutton in a big bowl.
  4. Add the other ingredients, except the corriander and mint leaves and sauteed onions.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Grind for one minute.
  7. Make round shapes (kebabs) of the above mixture.
  8. Heat oil in a wok.
  9. Add the patties.
  10. Deep fry in the hot oil until browned on both sides.
  11. Drain excess oil on clean absorbent paper towels.
  12. Transfer to a bowl.
  13. Garnish with onion and mint leaves.
  14. Serve hot.
