  1. Saute bacon, onions, peppers and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes. Add chicken broth, wine and seasonings. Bring to a boil and add rice. Reduce to a simmer - stirring occasionally and checking the liquid level, adjusting if necessary. When rice is cooked, add meat and/or seafood and heat through quickly.
