Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 eggs (you can use egg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until consistency of pancake batter.
  2. Pour into hot skillet and cook both sides.
  3. Makes about 3 small pancakes.
