Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 13x9 casserole dish.
  3. Tear tortillas into small squares.
  4. Arrange at the bottom of dish, to form layer.
  5. Pour can of beans on top, add cooked rice to top of beans, another layer of torn tortillas.
  6. Mix sour cream and rotel together.
  7. Pour on top of torn tortillas, top with desired amount of cheese.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes covered.
