Ingredients:

  • 16 tbsp egg whites
  • 1 cup spinach
  • .5 cup, pieces or slices mushrooms
  • 1 slice (1 oz) cheddar cheese
  • 1 pat (1 sq , 1/3 high) butter

Directions:

  1. Place on pat of butter in omlette pan, melt: add Egg Whites; then top with cheese, spinach, and mushrooms; cook on medium heat until eggs are no longer runny; fold in half and cook until done. serve
