Egg White Omlette with Spinach, mushrooms, and cheese Ingredients:
16 tbsp egg whites |
1 cup spinach |
.5 cup, pieces or slices mushrooms |
1 slice (1 oz) cheddar cheese |
1 pat (1 sq, 1/3 high) butter |
Directions:
1. Place on pat of butter in omlette pan, melt: add Egg Whites; then top with cheese, spinach, and mushrooms; cook on medium heat until eggs are no longer runny; fold in half and cook until done. serve |
