Desperate Man's Refried Bean Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices white bread (i haven'tsp tried any other types of bread, toasted is fine)
  • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise , to taste
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat refried beans in small pan till warm (optional).
  2. I like it right out of the can too.
  3. Take sufficient amount of refried beans from can or pan to place on one slice of bread (depends on how hungry you are).
  4. Add mayonnaise, pickles, salt and pepper according to your preference over beans.
  5. Add the other slice of bread and eat away!
  6. Don't knock it until you try it.
