Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cups milk , fat free
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Cook the cauliflower until very soft
  2. Place in the well of a blender with the other ingredients
  3. Puree until perfectly smooth and creamy
  4. Pour into a saucepan and heat slowly to serving temperature
