Creamy and thick without the cream or butter Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower |
1 1/2 cups milk, fat free |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1/8 tsp turmeric |
Directions:
1. Cook the cauliflower until very soft 2. Place in the well of a blender with the other ingredients 3. Puree until perfectly smooth and creamy 4. Pour into a saucepan and heat slowly to serving temperature |
