Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine oat bran, baking powder, and sugar substitute.
  2. Mix egg whites, oil and syrup; beat until foamy.
  3. Add milk in food processor chopping apples, bananas and nuts.
  4. Mix with the rest of the ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  5. Pour into muffin tin that has been coated with vegetable spray.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
