Zucchini Skillet Dinner

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice zucchini and put in skillet with margarine.
  2. Add celery and onion.
  3. Cook over medium heat.
  4. Fry ground beef in separate skillet until no longer pink.
  5. Drain off drippings.
  6. Add meat to other ingredients.
  7. Add tomatoes and seasonings to taste.
  8. Simmer to 45 minutes.
