Ingredients:

  • 10 quarts tomatoes
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup salt

Directions:

  1. Grind carrots celery and onion
  2. Cook together with a little water about 10 minutes
  3. Skin tomatoes.
  4. Add pulp to vegatable recipe
  5. Cook 10 minutes
  6. Add sugar and salt
  7. Add flour to water stir in
  8. Cook 10 minutes or until thick
  9. Seal hot 12 pints cook 10 pressure 45 minutes
  10. I would check the ball book because i think you need to pressure cook these for safety sake.
