Whuebel And Chefmeows Marinated Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine wine, vinegar, sugar and garlic in heavy sauce pan and bring to boil then add sprouts.
  2. Reduce heat then over and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer sprouts and liquid to serving bowl.
  4. Add lemon and lemon squeezings or dill pickle - use either dill pickles or lemon but not both.
  5. Put in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to blend and be absorbed.
  6. Serve at room temperature.
  7. Note: This recipe was developed as a result of the combined efforts of chefmeow and whuebl.
