Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse and dry berries.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Place berries in an 8 baking dish.
  4. Combine sour cream and half of the brown sugar. Pour over the berries. Top with the rest of the brown sugar.
  5. Broil 6 from the heat for 1 1/2 minutes or until the top is caramelized. Do not overcook to avoid mushy berries.
  6. Spoon berries into dessert dishes and serve immediately.
