Veggie Saute (Breakfast Veggies For Egg White Scramble, Omelette or Wraps)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup tomato

Directions:

  1. Dice and saute in water the onion and bell pepper (any color) together until tender.
  2. Spice to taste like onion powder, garlic powder, blackening seasoning or chili powder, fresh ground pepper, etc.
  3. Add tomatos including juice from dicing and saute until tomatos are wilted tender and no longer raw, but not mush.....
  4. Ready for an egg white scramble or omelette, or even in a wrap..... yummers
