  1. Clean all the veggies and cut up as desired. Use the amounts you'd like in your salad.
  2. Variations:.
  3. Avocado, peeled and sliced.
  4. Provolone cheese, sliced and cut up.
  5. Monterey and Cheddar Cheese, sliced and cut up.
  6. Broccoli, cut up into bite size pieces.
  7. Green Peppers, sliced.
  8. Green Onions, chopped.
  9. White Onions, diced.
  10. Turkey Breast, sliced and cut up.
  11. Honey Ham, sliced and cut up.
  12. Top with croutons and your favorite dressing!
