Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 (6 oz) steaks

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Marinate the strip steak in the mixture for approximately one hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Place the marinated strip steak on the grill. Close the lid.
  4. Grill for 3 minutes, open grill, add the rest of the marinade sauce to the top of the steaks. Close the lid.
  5. Grill until cooked to desired doneness. Serve on a bed of rice.
