Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and reserve.
  3. In a medium bowl, blend together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, scallions, reserved yolks, seasoned salt, if desired, and pepper.
  4. Stir in spinach and mix well.
  5. Spoon or pipe into egg white halves and garnish with chives, if desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Serve cold.
