Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed. (Yeast goes in the water for spelt bread rather than in the flour like you do for wheat.)
  2. Set the bread maker on regular white loaf.
  3. Enjoy!
