Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion till nice and caramelized.
  2. Slice Spam into thin cubes and fry crispy (OK, you can use other meats!).
  3. Crush garlic into bowl, break eggs over the garlic and scramble.
  4. Cook pasta al dente and drain. Put the pasta back into the pan and pour egg mixture on top. Toss till the eggs are cooked. Pile on the plate, add a nice chunk of butter and some parmesan. Enjoy!
